We collect only the information you provide directly — typically through our contact form or by email. This includes your name, work email address, organisation name, and the details of your inquiry. We do not use tracking pixels, behavioural analytics, or third-party advertising tags on this website.
3. How We Use Your Information
Information you provide is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement proceeds, to fulfill the agreed scope of work. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for commercial purposes. We do not send unsolicited marketing.
4. Data Retention
We retain inquiry correspondence only for as long as necessary to assess and respond to your request — typically no longer than 90 days if no engagement follows. For active engagements, we retain only what is contractually necessary and agreed upon in writing.
5. Operational Data Processing
Our core processing architecture operates on a zero-retention model. Client data processed through our automated systems is handled exclusively in-memory and flushed immediately upon task completion. We do not build or maintain databases of client operational data. What passes through our systems does not stay in them.
6. Your Rights
If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@sharazar.com. We will respond within 30 days in accordance with applicable regulations.
7. Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or analytics. Any session-level browser storage is used solely for functional purposes (e.g. preventing duplicate form submissions) and is never transmitted to third-party services.

All communications between you and this website are encrypted in transit. Inquiry data submitted via our contact form is transmitted directly to our operations alias and not stored on any web server or third-party form platform.
